I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible value and quality of our room, especially with the lovely balcony and stunning views. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway just a short walk from shops and the beach.

Hotel breakfast could include more allergy-friendly options.

Charming, traditional building with a fantastic location close to the cliff top and beautiful gardens leading to the coast and a historic town.

It has stunning, perfect setting, near to lovely gardens that lead to a coastal path, the conservatory with the stunning views of the beautiful garden and the common areas. The room is reasonably priced.

The units are well-equipped and tastefully decorated with a superb view of the sea. There is a variety of food available in the dining room. - the hotel is located in an incredible spot very close to the town center, in a nice quiet area.

Impressive sea views- lovely well maintain grounds with pool and childrens play area. Pleasant staff. Good service and food in restaurant.

Our allocated room spoilt our experience, as although pleasantly furnished and warm, it was small and seemed cramped. Bathroom was without shower curtain. Should have paid more for a sea view room.

I booked this hotel because my usual was full, and it turned out to be quie unsuitable for a business trip. This should be made clear on your website. Reception was not open to checkout until 8am and I had to leave at 7.30 am

Very helpful staff and breakfast good.

Hotel room, gardens and all areas in general require some T.L.C.

Friendly accommodating staff, a very welcoming atmosphere. Great facilities which we thoroughly enjyed and a beautiful garden.

Some of the decor was rather old-fashioned.

Staff are friendly, The rooms are clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea.

The tv in the room did not work, when staff were advised of this no action was taken. The beds are uncomfortable. The furniture on tha balcony were rusty and the balcony railings defenitely needed painting. Staff need fire training : a small toaster fire in the dining room caused panic!
